space for small meetings.（Larger conference and meeting rooms can be rented either
from the TICC or the conference rooms on the 2nd floor of the Exhibition Hall）.
Who Can Use IBC?
Qualifications of the Participants: (applicant qualifies with any one of following):
- having a concrete investment plan;
- having a recommendation letter by its joint venture partner in Taiwan;
- having been recommended by Taiwan External Trade Development Council, an overseas
office of the ROC Ministry of Economic Affairs, or the Department of Investment
Service of the ROC Ministry of Economic Affairs.
