Who Can Use IBC?
Qualifications of the Participants: (applicant qualifies with any one of following): |

having a capital of US$150,000 or above; |

| ( 2 ) |
having a concrete investment plan; |
|
| ( 3 ) |
having a recommendation letter issued by its joint venture partner in Taiwan; |
|
| ( 4 ) |
having been recommended by Taiwan External Trade Development Council, an overseas office of the ROC Ministry of Economic Affairs, or the industrial Development and investment Center of the ROC Ministry of Economic Affairs. |
